* To secure your booking, it is essential to complete
the Christmas 2004
Booking Form as soon as possible and send it with
your non-refundable deposit (£10 per person
for Eurosuite Restaurant, £175 per room for
private rooms). We regret we are unable to accept
reservations on a provisional basis and therefore
bookings are accepted in order of receipt of deposits
with booking forms, subject to availability. Please
note that a booking is not valid until it has been
confirmed to you and you have been given a booking
reference number.
* Full payment is due 21 days before the event so
please send the balance due in time to ensure we receive
it 21 days beforehand. (In the case of bookings made
within 21 days of the event, the full amount is payable
immediately.) Should you fail to pay the balance at
this time, we regret that your booking will be cancelled
and your deposit will be retained.
* Payments may be made by cheque, credit/debit card
or, by prior appointment, in cash.
Cancellations
* Cancellation of complete reservations (or reductions
in numbers) will only be accepted if notified in writing
28 days before the event. Management discretion applies.
* Deposits and prepayments will not be refunded. Deposits
and prepayments may not be set against any other monies
due or against any other services whether in the event
of cancellation, reduction in numbers or non-arrivals.
Bookings are subject to our
standard Booking Terms of Business. In the event of
conflict between these terms and the Standard Booking
Terms of Business, the terms herein above will prevail.
Prices, dates, times and other details are correct
as at 1st April 2004 but are subject to change without
notice-please check before visiting Central Park.
