Greyhound racing takes place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday and throughout the year and occasional Sundays.. We also race on some Bank Holidays and Boxing Day. We recommend that you telephone us to check our racing calendar near to the time of your visit. (Please ask for our Christmas pack as separate tariffs/menus apply.) BEGS meetings (bookmakers evening greyhound service) on Thursdays and Saturdays - are broadcast live to betting offices all around the country.
Central Park Stadium, Sittingbourne has been open under the management of Roger Cearns and his team since 1997.

Attendance and tote turnover have increased progressively each year and the stadium accommodates large crowds, in comfort, every race night. Sittingbourne Greyhounds well deserves its accolade of "Kents Big Night Out". Uniquely, every Sunday Night, Open racing is staged and this attracts the top trainers from all over the UK.

The running track is one of the best in the country with its sweeping bends and well-maintained sand surface providing a safe course for the dogs. Greyhound enthusiasts and "fun night outers" enjoy Sundays at Sittingbourne. On Saturdays the evening is completed with a late night disco.
